Thank you for shopping with Nüfits! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please read below for full details on our shipping process.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you directly.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note these are ESTIMATES ONLY and are not guaranteed:

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guarantee and do not qualify as grounds for a chargeback or dispute.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or directly from our team. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active and update in the system.
If you have not received your tracking after this period, please support us at support@Nüfits.com and we will investigate immediately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. We have no control over customs processing times or fees.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Nüfits is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please support us immediately at support@Nüfits.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please support us at support@Nüfits.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund where applicable.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please support us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution may take 7 to 21 business days depending on the carrier's process.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally, shipments may experience delays beyond our estimated timeframes due to circumstances outside our control. We will always communicate proactively in such cases. Shipping delays alone do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
We kindly ask all customers to support us directly before filing any chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
